Next Step Services is a transitional service that provides housing and opportunity for individuals to get personal care assistance based on their individualized needs. The ultimate goal is for all adults is to have a safe, healthy lifestyle.
While in the program youll recieve personal care assistants, Home health care,therapeutic health services, Rehabilitation, life & health coachs who will support and advocate for the Adults while in the program.
